Oppertunity to earn company equity quarter after quarter. Commissions are amazing and life chsnging. Sunrun has changed my life and trajectory of my families life
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is small so its pretty tight nit. The quality of new reps coming in doesnt seem very high. We lost majority of our office to the purge
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The market leaders in my office are sub par at best. Maybe they used to be go getters but only one of the four puts up numbers now. Leadership should lead from he front and have bigger numbers than the majority otherwise they arent leading
