I am happy at work because I work on myself daily to put myself in a happy status. There is nothing that happens at work to make me happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation would be fair if we got to keep the commissions we earned the problem is it feels like bait and switch. I started at $10,000 on one account as the commission by the time we got to the SOW. I was left at $500.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quality of new recruits quality of managers, more training on products and knowledge of what we are doing in the company we are representing there is too much on sales and pushing production when nobody even knows how to price things out properly and use their tablet properly
