I love working from home. I feel like that it gives me a better life/work balance and allows me to be more available for the customer. I have enjoyed being able to transition to a salary position and prefer it compared to an hourly position.

There's always changes to keep it interesting.

Leadership seems to overall enjoy working with most employees.

Making a difference when a customer has had a poor experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is like a family and there is no drama. I can't stand workplace drama and I can honestly say in over 2 years there has been no drama in our team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the vision insurance. VSP is much better than what most companies offer. The dental insurance is not great but I have yet to find dental insurance that is overall exciting anywhere else. I really like the company match 401k.
