Treating installers out in the field with respect and not continually take way perks and incentives from them. They do extremely dangerous work. Installation crews are held to much higher standers than any other department and their voice is not respected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Installation crews don't have control over their bonus. Crews arent hitting bonus target and If they work harder and get jobs done faster they actually are paid less because they are losing out on hours. Not structured to advocate for companys Hrs/Kw + 1 day install goals.
