Amazing teamwork and coordinating for customer success and scheduling. Always willing to help out in any way they can.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating processes and changes in a timely manner and allowing grace period to properly implement new policies. Providing support for large workload.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Large workload and caseload, taking on more and more work that other departments or agents use to handle, but no change to pay or compensation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Major delays with the design team and only have one crew in the area to schedule on. Customers get misinformation from salesman regarding cost of services. Cost of electric bill without solar creating major financial burden that we do not assist with. Overworked case managers with high caseload.
