My overall experience has been a rollercoaster. Between the reorganization of the Post PTO department and the current status of the California, things are constantly in motion which presents a lot of challenges. Often times it seems like there isn't a lot of support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy the people that I work with. They are mostly helpful and understanding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that most people feel the same way, and so I don't feel like an outsider
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Right now, we're in a season of major change and it's putting an immense amount of strain on all of us. It would be nice if more preparation and consideration was taken in account for how decision would affect the people doing the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I'm asked to bend over backwards and stretch myself thin for the sake of the company and don't feel like the company does the same for me. I'd feel better if I wasn't asked to take on another departments work without being compensated for it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel the leadership team should be better about listen to the feedback that's been given. The R&R process is time consuming and worrisome for customers. Permits need to be pulled before the removal is done if they're needed before the reinstall. All teams should be held to the same response times.
