I truly love Sunrun, but Case Managers have been left to deal with the aftermath of removing PDT which was the most important part of our job to get cases resolved. We had to find our own ways to develop new knowledge for this. The company pretty much told us to "figure it out". CM's deserve better.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and leaders make me the most happy at work. They truly make my day when we have a meeting or our team game days via gmeet.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very open about whatever struggles we're going through and it feels like a safe place for me. I work remote but I always wish I could meet my team in person. They are great and are always willing to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
what's mostly positive about the culture and environment is that we are always willing to help each other and mostly do not do the bare minimum when it comes to helping each other's customers. We always do the best we can when it comes to our jobs and helping each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team genuinely cares about us as team and how our workload affects us. They make sure we aren't burnt out and that we are able to handle our workload. They always check in with us to see how we are doing and make sure we are mentally ok to work efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because us Case Managers have all of suddenly have to learn a new skill of diagnostics due to the company removing the PDT department in place of AI. I am now doing 2 jobs, without the pay raise. I believe all CM's deserve a raise due to this drastic change.
