My supervisor leaves me alone. I know more than him. He thinks he knows everything (he does not).
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In 300 words? It's not possible to cover everything. We are understaffed and underpaid, with poor supervisors and management and minimal group discussion to strengthen our knowledge base (because of management restrictions on meetings). Those who point out the problems are the first out the door.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So far, this survey is asking the wrong questions. We should be looking for something other than the good things so we can pat ourselves on the back. We need to find the problems so we can fix them. Fifty percent of fixing a problem is knowing what it is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HUGH pay raise. Swag awards in Run-x ALL are available in cash and gift cards. I do not need any more overpriced clothes, backpacks, or accessories. It used to be that we got the swag clothes for free. Now, the best for free is a funky hat or two. I have enough hats and jackets. Give me CASH.
