What makes you most happy at work?
Making a big difference in pur shared planet! Our utility still imports oil and desiel to power 50 percent of our grid . giving familes predicabilty and control over some the highest utilty rates on the planet
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Power U! Great Heathcare! Awesome and Amazing Runx contests hoong in year round. Best team building events ever! We have spent many teambuilding days caring for the Aina planting trees and cleaning beaches followed by catamaran sails and ocean adventures!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Compassionate and full of graditude. When the tragic wildfires devostated Maui last year Hawaii Director Blake was on island for a week to help our branch with mobile power stations . Chris VP of operations made sure that we had materials. Mary Powell thanked every branch employee in person!
