From when I was hired 5 years ago until now, I can honestly say it has been the best work experience I have had. I love the company and what we do to help the planet, as well as how amazing our C-levels are and how they value what we all do to grow the company and ourselves in our roles.

My coworkers are amazing partners and we work together towards a common goal. We learn from each other and help each other out when needed. I also love my manager. She is there to guide and help me be the best at my job and also be there to listen and bounce ideas off of.

I am only speaking my my manager, Kim, but she is phenomenal. She keeps us updated on what is going on with the company and leads by example. She is making me a better recruiter, and leader, and not only wants us to be successful in work, but in life as well. I could not be happier.
