Exciting but frustrating at points
What makes you most happy at work?
Making my mangers proud and Coworkers proud of making a positive change for the environment
What did you like most about the interview process?
It seemed very simple but very basic questions and the training was pretty difficult though a lot to learn and have very little time but eventually comes second nature
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is such a strong job position without the manager and without our great chemistry everyone trying to make trouble very happy for everyone tries to stay positive no matter what is it great job position I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon I’m so happy
What are some of the best things about your team?
The good thing about our two names that we work together very well everyone has their own thing going there and the kids everyone so happy I’m trying to stay positive no matter what there are some bad eggs but we try to work with them won’t work around them and stay positive
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Culture of the company is really good I feel like if we get to know the FSCs a little bit better we could build a better relationship Also I love getting together with them at restaurants and just sharing great chemistry it only build a better chemistry getting to know them Which equals more sale
