Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a college degree and have held mid-level manager positions at multiple companies yet I cannot climb the ladder here. The raises are hardly 3% which doesn't even account for inflation. It's difficult to be promoted when they make you wait a year in one position.
