
Was temp for 3 years off and on. Finally converted to full time at year 4. Have seen management come and go and come and go. Lots of changes and sometimes it seems we are trying "new stuff" that was done years ago.
Solarcoaster would be the best way to describe my overall experience at Sunrun in the solar industry. Sometimes we are doing great and so busy, while other times, at no fault of our own, we are plummeting and slowing down. Seldom is there a constant it seems.

Ironically, some of my ideas have come to fruition but the credit has gone to someone else. More compensation and/or bigger bonuses.
Everyone wants to be the new boss it seems so everyone tries to direct others. Its a little annoying trying to be directed by your peers or coworkers that have less experience than you.
