Retaining top talent by providing meaningful salary increases. Balancing the message of a lack of salary increase funding with a pending acquisition.

There should be more than 2% considering the current economy, inflation, and the need to retain employees who have the knowledge and skills to maintain symplr's market status and reputation.

The compensation package is not based on the state where the employee is currently working. It should take into account the cost of living in the state to ensure it is reasonable for the employee.
