Review from HR Dept

I'm a logistics expert, so being able to see the impact that my role has on guest satisfaction makes me happy.

Clocking out for the day

Looking at all the merchandise and interacting with my coworkers.

Interacting with my team brings me joy. I strive to have a meaningful relationship with everyone on my team, and always know they will have my back just as I have theirs.

Getting to work with such a great team and help team members learn, grow, and improve.

Review from HR Dept

Some of my co-workers and my work/life balance

Getting paid, when they put free treats in the breakroom, getting the hell out when my shift is over

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They want DEI back in stores

Review from Customer Support Dept

Leadership is too focused on metrics, which can be and actually are faked at the store level. The work that is needed for the guest isnt actually being done due to payroll hour cuts-leadership is clueless as to why sales are down. You cant buy whats not on the salesfloor.

Review from Sales Dept

Get better managers, give employees raises, stop rewarding with food and reward with money

soooo many things wrong dont waste your time going there or applying

Misguided strategic direction forward, competitors are taking over

Speaking for Order Pickup my manager is pressuring us to deliever orders under 1 minute and this is with no coverage and also dealing with mistakes in the orders. He gets mad when the time goes up for reasons that are out of our hands. He passively makes you feel uncomfortable.

Low staff and too much work so everything needs to be better

Need better management and hr needs to be totally replaced only there to back management do not care at all about employees

Review from Operations Dept

Understaffed, underpaid, no opportunity for growth. Hire more people, up wages, let people reach higher positions. We shouldn't be having these problems in a record profit year.

Corporate management is out of touch in a changing retail environment. Continuing to have a revolving door of employees only keeps local store managers in jobs by constantly training new employees and discourages long term employees from advancing by not creating jobs. High turn-over, no bonus pay.

Hire more staff so the shelves are actually stocked and the entire team isn't just shopping for online shoppers all day.

I think people using the pickup service are happy, but all the focus is on them. People shopping in the store have commented on how physically shopping in the store is no longer fun, and more of a chore. If you go to Walmart, you recognize shoppers that have given up on Target. Our image is gone.

Manager needs to take a interest in what's going on

It's extremely understaffed. Corporate is failing. Stop cutting hours for your bottom line it is hurting the bottom line and Target is losing a lot of sales. Put money into more staffing in stores and the bottom line will rise I guarantee it.

Encouraged to rush customer and get back to task. Customer service belief that being right is necessary to make sure they are in power.

Review from Sales Dept

Target only cares about itself.

fire everyone in charge and find QUALIFIED ppl. not a degree but someone who can and will work.

Shut it down. I dont see any improvement unless someone else buys the company and starts from scratch

Horrible management. Favoritism. No imployee incentives.

I’m disgusted to have worked her

Review from Operations Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

To tone it back on the guest interactions. You can still provide excellent guest services without every employee crowding every guest or pushing the sale on them.

being able to pick up hours

Review from Sales Dept

Seek to understand before jumping to conclusions

Better pay and hours !

Review from Product Dept

All the way from the top, the company needs to realize it's hurting there sale, reputation, & company as a whole, when they give SO FEW hours to management to schedule the employees. There is NEVER enough staff to cover everything that needs to be done & more often than not the customers suffer!

The amount of work per person

Working hours more money to make

more benefits and higher pay

the workload, communication and training.

Everything is good, honestly
