Growing the company. We seem to buy a lot of stock but the company has been the same size for years

Work-life balance. Expecting employees to work 10+ hrs a day with no overpay or consideration for their personal time/life.

I don't work to work. I work to provide for my family. Time outside of working hours are my contribution to the company and you should be grateful. Some of this time is expected and for, but overtime all year long is a joke. Maybe get adequately staffed?

They must provide the resources and tools necessary to complete the job properly and on time. They need to set the employees up for success. They need to take responsibility for their employees' performance instead of blaming the employee for not meeting their expectations.

Mostly ..Conducting business truthfully. She hired someone who has another family member in the same BU and lies about it. This family members higharchy is unethical and illegal.

Paid overtime or increae salary to natch the work/time/effort.

Lack of bonuses and raises are too spaced out to help with location of office and inflation support. No free parking.

I'm asked to do more than what I was hired for constantly. Constantly. You've got the wrong people in leadership roles and they expect their staff to just give all their personal time to "the cause". If I'm going to contribute my time, maybe I should be compensated for it.

I had an offer for another manufacturing company in a city with a comparable cost of living to my current location for 10% more in base compensation. I would always want my compensation to be at or above comparable rates.

Doing my job as well as I can without a lot of pressure. I enjoy coming to work and enjoy my co-workers.

You need better leaders. People who understand and appreciate sacrifice for the company, not people who expect personal time to be given, as well as constant perfection. My manager has been aware that I've been burned out for over a year and I had to fight for a vacation.

At this point it is too late to improve for me. I feel my manager does not appreciate me or my work. They put me in a position of not being successful in their opinion. They indirectly told me in my review that I have no future with the company.

Manager is working unethically illegal. My manager hired her bf. My manager gets promoted to Sr off the employees wk. HR is rarely here and accessible. My mngr has meetings around me with topics I handle. My manager hired a supervisor without training them. So the employees have to train supervisor.
