They have been making an effort to share their priorities and direction the company is working towards. They hold regular meetings to update us and ask us how we feel and what we need from them.

Being able to interact with my co-workers and be myself in a work environment that is challenging without being overwhelming. I feel as though I can share my opinions and ideas and someone is willing to listen to me.
