I like that there is a performance bonus opportunity and also the opportunity to purchase company stock
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had several interviews with leadership, so I was able to meet many of them prior to coming on-board.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have only worked here for a few months, but I cannot tell you how well the leadership team communicates with their staff and makes all of us feel valued. They engage and ask for our input, and truly consider us a teammate for the orgniation as a whole. I love this company!
