They will pay me for volunteer hours! We have a Cadillac plan for compensation. They also care about you staying healthy.

The leadership team is extremely collaborative. They encourage innovation and having a voice on improving processes. They truly care about my well being and career growth.

I spoke to several people on the team, they encouraged a job shadow, and I got to meet some of my coworkers to pick their brain about the position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The partnership, inclusivity, and we are in it together mentality. Every single person I have spoken to is passionate about what they do and the success of their people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It truly feels like a team, everybody is inclusive of ideas no matter your background, and you feel that. We get stuff done quickly and it feels like we make a difference.
