My team listens to each other, and we work in a constructive way. I also really like the diversity of my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get very generous vacation time, and our healthcare benefits are very comprehensive and competitive. It's amazing that we get two (now 4 this year) paid days off to volunteer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the sense of community and pride we have. I've never worked for a place that acknowledges and supports my identity like this place. We can openly celebrate our LGBTQ+ friends and family and have difficult conversations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they listen to us, but there's a definitely lack of diversity at the top. It's getting better, however, with the addition of David Wong, but until we see more women of color and LGBTQ+, especially trans or gnc leaders, we have a long way to go.
