Working with a great team, interacting with others internally as well as our customers. We have some of the best customers in the world.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can say I truly love the people I work with. They are like my 2nd family, and that's the way it should be when you spend 8+ hours a day working with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We really value positive intent. I love that TR is always about self-improvement as well. Professional Development is a part of my team's yearly goals. We strive to be better, and I love that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is amazing. New full time employees start out with 3 weeks paid vacation, 2 volunteer days, 6 sick days, 2-3 floating holidays (depending on the year), and all major holidays off. Plus, the maternity & paternity leave is amazing. They truly value the work/life balance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I've interviewed several times at TR, changed positions 3 times, and with every interview I have felt comfortable, heard, and I truly feel like they are looking for someone who is a good fit in their team instead of who knows the most. That's how you build a solid team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked for many companies, including the US Govt., and TR is by far the best company I have worked for. I have been a full time employee for 5 years. Every company has individuals or policies that could be improved, but TR is heads above the rest from my view!
