What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture fostered by our CPO Mary Alice is always encouraging trying and failing - it is an environment centered around growth and learning and prioritizing the employee's well being and development as #1.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Huge allowance for therapy in many different forms (psychotherapist, psychiatrist, psychologist) and this is important to the future mental well being of our workforce. Introducing Psychotherapy as a benefit was a game changer in my opinion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is people-focused and they value diversity & inclusion, There is no judgement and it is always a welcome place to learn and grow - I can say this being the most junior on my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has always prioritized the two most important things to me personally, Thomson Reuters people & our customers out in the world. If a company doesn't have leadership aligned with these two things, they are not aligned with my values.
What makes you most happy at work?
Supporting my team by introducing process and efficiencies to enable ruthless prioritization of our goals. There's nothing more fulfilling than when my work creates efficiencies and simplicity for my execs/team and they are enabled to do their best work which supports my main reason: TR People!
