Working with a group of passionate, like-minded individuals that have a mix of complementing strengths.

The moments I can focus on projects that really speak to what my values are and how they fit with the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The ability to enact real change. We are consistently reminded to challenge the status quo (coming from the top down). Regardless of your role, you are always encouraged to bring forth new ideas and enact change.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their ability to listen and make changes in real time. What once was a glacial pace (even for a large international corporation) is now adapting to quickly changing direction based on feedback from their internal customers along with external customers.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

While the pay is low and salaried employees can quickly be underpaid compared to hourly employees in the same department, the time off (even as a new employee) is great. The ability to really create a work/life balance is something that has been difficult to find to this extent in other companies.
