I have honestly loved the struggles and all of the great learning it has brought in a year time. I have grown and excelled in many tasks that perhaps I wouldn't have had the experience elsewhere. I feel grateful to have had a taste of a great company culture.

We have created a safe and healthy environment in which anyone can express their feelings and ideas openly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was quite in between of formal and informal they care about your life values and that is highly important to factor because you spend half of your day with those people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are able to problem solve and drive quick solutions. They might not always be the most effective but failure is not seen as a punishment but an opportunity to grow and learn from mistakes. Fail fast is a key objective TR has.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As part of the L&D team, I see the equal opportunity for everyone at TR to excel in their own careers. The team is highly focused on relevant issues that the world is currently facing, i.e. diversity, gender biases. A great place to work for.
