I like what I do, where I do it, and those I work with. Sometimes, TR is hard to navigate and there are too many "supporting" functions that say "No". Luckily, I work with a leadership team that does not tolerate the "easy no" and focuses on customer delivery and employee care. HR is an example.

My work has meaning - we deliver for businesses to run their business and in turn for their customers to run their businesses (B2B2B).

My team wants to be successful and cares about our customers and mission. They want to win and they also deeply care about their employees and teams.
