Have made lateral moves which have been beneficial to my career but possibly does not reflect my market rate compensation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Strong authentic leadership from the top on issues that matter - racial injustice, mental health and wellbeing, remote working - as well as a good grip on financial performance and meeting customer needs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It not just being a one sided interrogation style interview. I was interviewed for my skills / experience but also for culture fot for my current team. The process allowed me to see what working with this team would be like.
