Questions were experience oriented and not memory oriented. The key aspects that were checked included how you deal with your peers and management and how you deal with failures.

Even if you want to learn something outside of your domain, you can contact a coworker and he/she is more than happy to spend some time training you on that subject.

Very helpful and collaborative Most people have worked in the company for over 5 years and look pretty happy Meetings are conducted really very well and innovative approach is encouraged
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pretty amazing company with an amazing culture and generous benefits. Coworkers and management team are extremely helpful and the hierarchy is pretty flat. I feel very lucky to be a part of this company.
