Gone downhill. Worked with Tax and Accounting division, and we used to be highly profitable. Now we all we are doing is outsourcing to cut costs. No regard for service levels, or employee happiness. For now, cost cutting looks amazing on paper. Unfortunately, it will eventually catch up to us.
