What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While our medical/dental/vision benefits are good, I wish they were great. I wish we offered more coverage on specific things: biopsy's, fertility, etc. We have no coverage or not enough for some things.

Pay benchmarking isnt done as often as it should

Not doing the workload of 3-4 people. It seems most other departments can add headcount but mine can't and I keep getting more and more work added without an increase of pay but really it's more help with additional headcount that is needed.

There is inconsistency with pay versus market compensation at the corporate level - never any inflation adjustments.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that my single interview experience allowed me to first meet the hiring manager I would report to and then the teammates I would work alongside with and support. They created a comfortable setting with fun, lighthearted conversation as we got to know each other.
