Most of my co-workers are tenured and tower that seniority over the new ones. They also don't put enough effort into their jobs. I just think it's unfair that they get away with it.

Seeing so many employees resign without seeing a really concrete action plan from the direction is quite disappointing. There is also the missing of cohesion between departments. To have an action plan to which each department brings their share of bricks to improve things.

Less working from home and more time back at the office. Hybrid working would be ideal! Socialising again is what we are missing - it's hard to build up staff morale when everyone is working from home.
