Work as team, have communication, coordination, they work in silos and generate huge rework, they do not have a Global overview and their metrics does not help to work as a Global Metric, we need more leaders a lot of them are not real leaders are experts in the industry but we need real leaders.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our current pay and pantry perks are decent but not highly competitive. Beyond improving financial benefits, investing in more team-building activities would greatly help our support team build better coordination and stronger participation.
