What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Key: Information is lacking. Reg rating my manager: This was difficult because important nuances are gone in such questionnaires. Things are normally not black and white. E.g. in my case I have a new manager - difficult to rate this early. It inspires me to be more direct from now on.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the last year we have changed this but overall there was historically very little boost of the salaries when one took on a new role. This leading to salaries that aren't particularly competitive for senior leaders.

I am well outside the minimum range of compensation for my job which makes me feel undervalued. I happen to also be part of an underrepresented group and am a high performer consistently. Competitive pay is a must.

Almost everyone you meet genuinely cares about impact Trimble is having on the world and or the job they are doing. There is a sense of pride in what we have accomplished and also a real recognition that we can do better on a personal and team level.
