The constant re-organizations and moving of teams makes it difficult to create any team effectiveness. There is not a ton of collaboration.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
culture principal of "assume positive intent" - if something goes wrong, we assume the best rather than throwing someone under the bus. We focus forward on solutions, not backwards on blame

Culture and teams are very different depending on where you are at in the company. If you are in a good spot the culture is great and flexibility is very good. I worked from anywhere when I did not have meetings.
