UPS Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Help with school. Got me through college

Unlimited medical. If not for that id probably take my 25 years and tell them stick the job where the sun dont shine.

Healthcare retirement pension plus 401k

Our health benefits and the fact that we are given a pension.

Medical benefits but that’s provided by the uni

Full benefits and ppo insurance

The pay is great and the health benefits are fantastic

Review from Operations Dept

The medical benefits are the best I ever had on any job.

They offer the best Medical insurance for you and your family

Carry good insurance benefits easier when it take care of.

Pension. Insurance. Vacation time. Wages

Hourly rate and benefits for my family

The retirement benefits should be the same across the country we are one the person is very floued

Stocks and shares, and health insurance

Review from IT Dept

Pension Roth ira mutual fund etc..

What the union got us. Not what the ups gave us

Review from Operations Dept

I think that it is very good highly favorable

Health insurance, retirement, and vacation time

Medical coverage is th best

The healthcare is some of the best you can find. That is pretty much it as the rest of the benefits have been heavily reduced overtime.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The lack of wanting to help any one

I have been working in the company for almost a year and have no benefits because I switched locations

Bring back the stock ownership program and improve healthcare coverage

I would feel better if I had 20 or 30 hours a week but I'm barely getting 10 hours a week

People need to care about every day issues and interact with employees

Getting answers to my questions and not feeling like a scrub

Salaries appear to be well below average for the same job titles in the same region

UPS used to have the best health benefits for its management team. Now management has the worst health benefits while thebunion members continue to have the best health benefits

pay is ok but it is the hours that will make or break it for you. the only reason to stay in the health benefits if you need it.

We are treated like garbage at all levels.

Pay for performance, experience, and knowledge.

While the gain sharing is nice; I wish that the company made a better effort at treating its full time supervisors with better pay. As I have seen it, going higher in the company seems to yield less pay until you commit a good 10 years.

This job is physically demanding, we should have more benefits going toward our massages, chiropractor for all employees. not just full time employees.

300 characters are not sufficient to encompass this question.

Never understood why only union employees get free insurance it should be all UPS employees

Review from Operations Dept

My position is one of few that has yet to see any COL adjustment in years.

As a warehouse woeker in Austin &21 per hour is nor even living wage

20% raise will be needed

Full Time, comparable wage, pension or higher percentage matching

Management is the worse one sided political crap I've seen
