What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership is out of touch with what made UPS great prior to their arrival. Start reemphasizing customer service and keeping your labor force happy and forward looking to the future.

Customer service seems to have gone down. We used to. Pride ourselves on being standalone different from the other delivery companies. Now we just seem to be on the same level as all the rest.

We used to have the best service, now not so much.

The "service" needs to be brought back to UPS. We need more customers and more volume

New CEO, then better trained to management team then to employee

Our new CEO is terrible. Only acts within best interest of investors not workers.

Go back to basics of operations excellence and putting solving customer needs first. Go back to promoting from within for top leaders.

Care more about the customer and employee not the shareholder.

Too many competitors that customers dont really provide input

The pwople running the company, lower level management is grossly under paid and treated like crap. Pay them what they deserve.

New leadership focused on people not robots

Management needs to be Teamsters as well so that everyone is on the same page

We have lost A LOT of customers and are now being laid off

UPS needs to do better at honoring contracts

Company does not treat its employees with respect. Respect your staff

We're a household name, for now. If we can keep service at the front of our minds, we'll remain relevant and successful.
