What are some of the best things about your team?
Good workers with good work ethics
the team is good, supervisors are not
Most people working for ups take pride in their job and try and do it to the best of their ability. Managers are hamstringed by bean counters at corporate telling us how long it takes to do a job they have never done and have no experience at.
They have a good working relationship.
Work well together and support one another
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many people are long term employees and not much turnover.
The teamsters at this point ia the only positive.
There is lots of opportunity to grow
Just the people you bond with and share same work ethic and core values
We treat each other like family.

Hearing “unload down!”. That and the sense of accomplishment I get when I finish work

We're a household name, for now. If we can keep service at the front of our minds, we'll remain relevant and successful.
