What is the best part about your compensation package?

The health benefits are phenomenal, I'm being paid about what I should be paid for salary/bonus, and having equity in a company that is headed clearly in the right direction is the cherry on top!

The company culture is one of growth and innovation. Every policy or action can be changed if found to be necessary and processes or constantly evolving. This isn’t a company just stuck in its ways and unable to change we regularly find new ways to do thing

The interview process at UZ is long and thats on purpose. Leadership wants to make sure that everyone they hire is a good fit and will contribute positively to the team. There are no “quick minute hires” for my department, we choose the best and do amazing work because of

Having the autonomy to get my stuff done, the opportunity to master my area of specialization, and a clear purpose for why I'm doing what I'm doing. I get all of these at UserZoom.
