I am a part-time seasonal employee. I have returned for the last seven years. I receive a good wage and they are accommodating with my doctors appointments.

Hiring outside the company when there are individuals within the company who are seeking full time positions. Company stresses employees need better work/life balances, but working at home helped with this issue and was taken away.

It is sometimes hard to provide constructive criticism- if something is going wrong that a supervisor isn't aware of and you try to fix it, they tell you not to and then don't fix the problem themselves. There should be a system for anonymously reporting issues.
