I've worked at V4 10+ years. I feel the Roper purchase was the best thing that's happened since Amy was hired. I wish some of our agency product teams worked closer together, had the same idea of how one another operated so they could better line up integrations for similar data fields.
They appear to be a cohesive bunch
They are approachable and seem like normal people.
Hope, everything is a possible - never negative.
My coworkers. Flexibility to work remote (even before Covid).
My coworkers and also what I get to do.
I like what I do!
Work hard, play hard! Everyone is in it together.
We are a unique set of personalities that come together extremely well.
I believe it is inconsistent when people in my group are promoted .
Smart, hard workers, easy to get along with, fun people. Work hard, play hard.
Vertafore executives stay current with what's happening in the world and thoughtfully do things to keep our company current too.
The work I get to do with our customers; my team; work flexibility; autotomy to do what I need to do when I need to do it.
In the past few years Amy has really painted the picture of who Vertafore is and where we are going. She is also not stuffy and is very approachable.
For the last 4 years I have told my Mgr/VP that my goal is to be promoted. A 2% raise and marked as "meets expectations" this last review, yet my manager couldn't outline for me what "exceeds" looks like. I feel like I get "lip service" too often from my VP, and I feel taken for granted.
