Very negative. Managers and up get treated well, paid well and moved around/promoted - everyone below that is taken advantage of and the company does not care about at all

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im getting paid no where near market value. Ive been with Vertafore for over 2.5 years and have had two title changes/promotions yet am still being paid an entry level salary
