Everyone works so well together. There is really a team mentality of accomplishing the same goals and it really shows.

Our culture is SUPER inclusive of not just everyone that works here, but specifically who they are with their personalities!

Always available if something is needed and works towards resolving the issues that are presented internally to make taking care of customers easier.

Everyone is motivated for success of the team. Everyone works hard and helps each other out when needed to ensure we are all progressing forward.

I like what I do. It is that simple. This is not a job or a company that I become unhappy thinking about being at each day.

The comradery of the team I am on. It is great to know I have a team to support me when I need it and that I can provide the same support in return.

Vertafore cares about their employees but does not micro manage them. I love having the freedom to do my job at a high level and being successful while getting great recognition from team members and leaders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is GREAT!!! Everyone shares a common goal to take care of our customers and not only does it make the day easier, they are also great people to interact with and to get to know.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not having to accumulate days off! It is so nice working for a company that allows you to take the days off you need (within reason) without having to worry about how much PTO you have and if it makes sense to really take those days off.
