Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The experience across the company had been great so far but due to recent reorganization and realigned has significantly impacted the work culture, Increased scrutiny and less freedom to fail or experiment. Trying to adopt the same template for every product has not been very productive.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to do what I love and bring in more use cases and leveraging the AI in day-to-day workflow. Research and Development activities.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company culture is very vibrant and diverse with very highly skilled individuals distributed across teams across the globe. This helps us delivering significant value and build trust across our customers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is bringing best standards and practices that are available across the industry. Helping us to get educated and align with what's happening in the Tech World as a whole and adopt them as they occur in daily work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think at every 5 years or so, salary normalization should happen as per the fair average market value for that role. That would help us to be competitive with the industry/market and retain very best top talent as the years progress.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My Team is very collaborative and forthcoming and helps to get things done. I never recall that there's even a single instance where team had not stepped in support each other. This significantly helped us to ensure that we are delivering as per the timelines and are committed to our customers need.
