so interactive and help full, also departments are becoming less siloed and more collaborative

they seem like real people, not just suits talking about a bottom line all the time

401k match is awesome, not on health yet cause im under 26 but will have to look soon
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing, i just dont get "excited" to sit at a computer and work all day, but who does. I enjoy my current job enough.

Way friendlier than anywhere else i have worked, any issues i have arent met with eyerolls and what not so i feel comfortable talking about issues with ny leadership team
