My current CTC is too far down when compare with the current market trends, which is demotivating me to work at vertafore

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

in Agency Team, my current Manager and director keep encourage every day and helps a lot on day to day work. In DCM team [my previous team], only poisonous culture, my previous manger Dayakar and Sr Manager Suman judging me every day that i am doing worthless release management work.

What are some of the best things about your team?

In AgencyTeam, I am happy with my manager and director is maintaining good healthy relationship and keep encouraging me and team to grow. Previously i am in DCM team where there are lot of politics and my manger at DCM [Manager II and Sr Manager] every day they are judging me' you are not 'worth
