We have good communication on our team.

Honestly it changes every 5 minutes so I have no idea what I like about them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers I have had trust me to get my job done. I like the flexibility I have always had.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I miss being in the office. However I know there are a lot of people that prefer working from home I like the social interaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We bring people into the company making more than people that have been here for years. If someone internal is being promoted into a new role ensure they are given the pay deserved. Internal knowledge should be taken into consideration.
