I feel confident in my position and receive a decent amount of positive feedback from clients and coworkers.
I work in a team with only two other members in the same role as myself. We work very well together, but it does create a lot of stress and extra work when just one member is gone.
It does seem like leadership is listening to the needs of most employees. We do have a lot of turnover in our executive and other leadership levels. So, we may see some further changes as we employ new leaders.
Culture is very different as we're now remote. You don't get the sense of culture and camaraderie that you would if we were in an office. I think that's why leadership wants to go back to the office. I am perfectly comfortable working alone all day and not having physical interactions.
I do feel compensated fairly for the position I'm in. I think other employees may not feel the same if they haven't been able to be promoted in the last couple of years. We offer limit numbers of promotions on each team, and that tends to leave some employees behind the curve.
