Everyone is always looking out for each other and making sure tasks are taken care of so client's needs are meet and exceeded

Everyone is so willing to work together and cover when someone is out. There's little hierarchy, that because I have this title I can't do that job. We truly are a team and we are happy to see others exceed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find that the leadership team really listens to what their employees have to say or requests that they have. Previous companies I've worked for, may listen, but don't really take it to heart or put action behind a request. Vertafore does! They listen and take action when needed.
