We all communicate well and help each other out no questions asked.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting paid for the work I've done. I also enjoy working with my teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is accepted and welcomed. There are no barriers when communicating with coworkers besides a busy schedule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an Implementation Consultant I do the same work as a my coworkers who are a level above me and do not understand the gap in pay. I feel the coworkers who are above me have good pay but the gap is pretty large for the same work. However, I'm satisfied as I know I'm in an entry level position.
