been here 7 years so pretty happy!

What are some of the best things about your team?

we fill in for each other well

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits for HSA, reitrement, etc

What do you like best about the leadership team?

they build comradery very well

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i don't feel undervalued. But V4 does not put the financial effort to retain their employees from leaving

What are some of the best things about your team?

they have each others backs!!! But cross departmental co working can use work. has been a weak spot for years

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

work life balance. I had shoulder surgery and recovery + appointment scheduling was very easy for me. I block off time for my doctor related items and there is no pressure to move anything

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They present in a balanced way of value presentation and enthusiasm. My biggest critique is that when they present value it's very much from a long term pipeline perspective but goals for the immediate future (3-12 months) sometimes get muddied u0

What makes you most happy at work?

when people put in the effort that i do. I work hard and i am confident in my work. When co workers match that, i am so happy but when they do not, it really disappoints and potentially angers me. I notice this in Cross Departmental efforts (not immediate temmates)
