I love vertafore values and the way executive team look at there employees. But the pay structure and hikes they provide not good. IJP is a good option but " 5% of hike that we can give and try for IJP" is not the good sign for any employee. Even after IJP next year we have to take 5% and go for IJP

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For any employee working with vertafore since 5+ plus years doesn't mean he cannot get a job outside. He loves the company n its values. Just cross check the salaries paid for the employees associated with vertafore for at least 5 years vs total experience they carry vs market pay.
